西島隆弘（AAA）、オーストラリア森林火災支援で10万ドル寄付

　西島隆弘（AAA）が、オーストラリアに甚大な被害をもたらしている大規模な森林火災の救助支援として、10万ドルを寄付した。

　オーストラリアの森林火災については、いまなお各国から救助支援や募金活動などが行われ、多くの著名人らも復興支援に乗り出している。昨年＜ANA パース直行便 就航キャンペーン＞CMに起用された西島隆弘は、2つの支援団体に合わせて10万ドルを寄付したとのことで、日本語と英語で支援の輪を呼びかけている。

訪れたパース近郊は森林火災の影響はないようですが
オーストラリアの
素晴らしい環境が
これ以上失われないように、
そして
早急に復興を願うと共に
2つの支援団体に
気持ちを贈りました。

Last year I had a great privilege of being involved in All Nippon Airline Ad campaign that promoted flight from Tokyo Japan to Perth Australia. It was the first time that I ever visited Australia and was amazed at Australia’s beautiful natural landscapes. Moreover, I was able to meet the wonderful people of Australia and also meet the cute animals that lived there.

I pray that natural beauty of Australia will not be lost anymore and pray for a fast recovery. I have donated a total of AU $ 100,000 to two of the organizations in Australia that is helping the fire recovery.
