　春ねむりが、米音楽レビュー・サイト『The Needle Drop』によるコンピレーション・アルバム『The Needle Drop: Various Artists Vinyl』に参加することが分かった。

　『The Needle Drop: Various Artists Vinyl』は、『The Needle Drop』のホストを務めるAnthony Fantanoがキュレーションを担当したコンピレーション・アルバム。過去に同サイトで好意的にレビューされたアーティスト全15組で構成されており、PolyphiaやMark Kozelekらが参加している。

　収録される春ねむりの楽曲は「Kick In The World (Alternate Version)」。映画『; the eternal /spring』の主題歌として書き下ろされた「kick in the world」の再録＆再ミックスによる別バージョンとなる。
